I didn't receive my login details
You should have received an email with your login details (please check your junk mail). If it didn't arrive, visit the link below and enter the same email address you signed up with:

How do I allocate the training to my staff?
Login to your account at my1hs.com, then go to Company Management > User Management and click Add New User.
Fill in the details (Area, Sub-Area and Department aren't mandatory — you can skip these), select Send welcome email, then click Save.
Which devices can I use?
You can use any device (phone, tablet or laptop/PC) for your online training — but the final assessment must be taken on a laptop or PC.
Will my certificate be posted to me?
We don't send a physical copy by post. You can download your e-certificate any time by clicking Your Certificates in your learning dashboard.
