How do I allocate the training to my staff?

Login to your account here: https://www.my1hs.com/

Next, go to Company Management > User Management and click "Add New User".

Fill in the details (Area, Sub-Area and Department aren't mandatory, you can skip these).

Select "Send welcome email" and then click Save.

How do I reset my password?

Which devices can I use?

You can use any device (phone, tablet, laptop/PC) for your online training, but the assessment must be taken on a laptop or PC.

Will my certificate be posted to be?

We don't send a physical copy of the certificate by post. You can download an e-certificate by clicking "Your Certificates" in your learning dashboard.
